Your Graduate Opportunity

We've partnered with RIPEGLOBAL to offer you a distinctive learning experience that combines in-centre mentoring with a comprehensive 4-month online program. This collaboration is designed to enhance your business acumen and clinical skills, setting you up with the best foundations for a successful Dentist career.

As a new Australian University Graduate Dentist, Pacific Smiles Group can offer you the best start to your career in dentistry.  

Some of the benefits you will enjoy are:

• Building confidence and skills with the support of experienced 1:1 in-centre mentorship
• Provide you with clinical and business support for 12 months

• Skills progression pathway for the next 3 years
• Access to PSG online learning portal with 60 hours of FREE CPD

In addition to the above benefits, you will now also have the option to choose how you wish to join us. Either start to grow your own business under a Service and Facility Agreement (SFA) OR choose an Employment Agreement for up to 12 months.

About the Locations

At Pacific Smiles, ensuring you have the patient flow and treatment variety to master your clinical skills is one of our top priorities for our Graduate Dentists. That's why we've carefully selected 30 out of our 130 centres where you'll have access to great mentorship, a steady stream of patients, and a diverse range of treatments. We encourage our Graduate Dentists to keep this in mind when choosing their preferred centre so you can make the most of your graduate year.

About You

We’re seeking Graduate Dentists who are:

• Graduating from an Australian University in 2024
• Eager to learn and solidify their skills
• Passionate about extending their comfort zone to continue to grow their scope
• Knows what is important to them e.g: mentorship, location etc
• Committed to providing exceptional and ethical patient care
• Committed to a 12 month program working a minimum of 4 days per week

Who are Pacific Smiles?

Pacific Smiles Group was founded in 2003 by Dentists who realised they were spending more time focusing on marketing campaigns and punching numbers than doing what they actually love – Being a Dentist.
