Pacific Smiles Group’s Insight Graduate Program offers clinical support and multiple development opportunities, without KPI’s, targets, time restraints or additional pressures.
What does the Insight Dentist Graduate Program include?
12-month education program: With graduate webinars throughout the year, over 80 hours of FREE CPD during the program, access to additional free and paid CPD course and events, communication and photography training, National Law, Consent and Record Keeping, ADA Schedules and appropriate use of item numbers, complaint management, online learning portal, infection control training and much more.
Clinical Support: Access to experienced support practitioners, assistance with diagnosis, treatment planning and case discussions.
Clinical Practice: No KPI’s, targets or financial pressures, no time pressure set your own appointment durations, choose your own labs and specialists to refer to, part of a network of over 120 dental centres and 800 dentists.
